NO late entries will be accepted for any reason.

9:15 AM – MANDATORY MEETING-Nominations for Board members (one parent vote per contestant)
**Membership photo to follow the meeting. Please wear a solid or basic striped shirt 🙂
12:00 AM – PERFORMANCE
4:00 PM SHOOTING * Must have your own rifle and protective gear

8:00 AM – VOLUNTARY information meeting for members interested in attending Nationals this year.

Nationals

Nationals sign-ups for qualified contestants

NJHFR and NHSFR registration: If you are planning on attending Nationals if you qualify- be PREPARED to sign paperwork on Sunday following the Awards banquet. BOTH parents will need to be present with official identification (drivers licenses) to be
notarized. Payment and forms are due immediately following the banquet.

How qualification for Nationals works: The top four contestants are eligible to compete at Nationals. If for some reason one or more of those qualifiers do not plan on attending for that event, the option will be given to the next in line (Up to the 8th qualifier). So if you end up being in the top 8, there IS a chance you may be given the opportunity to compete! So be prepared.
